Tisha Denise Muntz

Beloved Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Teacher, and Friend.

Some people leave a mark on the world simply by the way they love others. Tisha Denise Muntz, affectionately known as “Tish” or “TD” to family and friends, was one of those extraordinary people whose smile lit up a room. Taken from this world far too soon, Tisha leaves behind a legacy of unconditional love, remarkable strength, and a life devoted to those who mattered most.

At the center of Tisha’s world were the three greatest joys of her life—her beautiful daughters, Peyton, Allison, and Lauren. Being their mother was her proudest accomplishment. She was their biggest cheerleader, protector, teacher, and constant source of encouragement.

Tisha was the beloved wife and great love of Wade Muntz, who preceded her in death two years ago.
Together, they built a beautiful family and a life filled with love. Following Wade’s passing, Tisha faced life’s challenges with extraordinary strength, somehow managing to be everything to everyone, especially her daughters.

A real-life superwoman, Tisha excelled professionally as both a dental hygienist and a teacher. She attended Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma, bringing intelligence, dedication, and compassion to everything she pursued.

Tisha is survived by her three cherished daughters, Peyton, Allison, and Lauren Muntz; her loving parents, Jim and Debbie Pryor of Marlow, brother Tad and wife Lisa Pryor of Marlow, nephew Tyler and Codi Powell and their children Ryker and Oakland all of Marlow, her sister-in-law, Shannon Holt, and her husband, Doug, Shannon’s children Samantha and John, her brother-in-law, Weston Muntz, wife Georgine, their children Olivia and William. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

While Tisha’s life was cut heartbreakingly short, her legacy lives on in her three remarkable daughters, who will forever carry their mother’s strength, determination, and love within them.
