Lisa M. Stanford, 32, passed away on June 1, 2025.

Born on March 21, 1993, in Gainesville, Texas, Lisa was raised and graduated high school in Whitesboro, Texas, and built her life around the deep love she had for her family. For 14 years, she was married to her first love, Grant A. Stanford, with whom she shared a son, Cadon W. Stanford.

Lisa was a proud Army wife and devoted stay-at-home mother. A gifted, self-taught cook, she made her home the heart of many holidays and family gatherings. She especially loved cooking for others and dreamed of one day becoming a chef and opening her own restaurant.

She is survived by her loving husband, Grant; her beloved son, Cadon; her father, Pete Stearns; her mother, Ellen Robinson; her grandparents; and many extended family members, including her husband’s large and close-knit family—all of whom loved her deeply and miss her dearly.

A private memorial service was held with immediate family and close friends.
