Pilot Point - From starting out with the smallest sewing machine on the shelf to running a business with corporate clients, Susie Jezek Bautista’s work has become a staple in the community, offering specialty pieces for both local families and major companies. 

When Susie’s children were younger, she always wanted to get personalized embroidered items for her kids that a lot of other people had. As a single mom, it was difficult for Susie to be able to afford custom monogrammed things. With hard work and determination, she worked three jobs and continuously saved money when she could to buy the smallest and most basic machine she could afford. 

Through plenty of trial and error, Susie started to get the hang of it. As people gradually started asking her to make things for them, she slowly watched what began as something small become an active business. Almost 15 years, a few machines and a commercial grade machine later, Susie keeps her first little machine on the shelf as a reminder of where it all started and how far she has come. 

For her, Susie’s Stitches Embroidery & Co. is more than embroidery; it’s creating something special that people can wear, give as gifts or keep as a memory. Susie loves turning her customers’ ideas into a reality and truly values the relationships she builds along the way. 

Susie’s Stitches Embroidery & Co. offers personalized embroidered items ranging from custom spirit wear to corporate projects. customized backpacks, corporate uniforms and everyday essentials are all examples of items Susie can personalize, as well as so much more. 

All items are customized in her home and delivered to a local business in Pilot Point for pickup

Susie looks forward to expanding her business and building onto what she started all those years ago.
