Ida Baptist Church is hosting Back To Church Sunday on Sept. 20 at 11 a.m. ‘Find Your Place’ is the theme for this day designed to encourage people who used to attend church to return.
“Covid hit America hard,” Pastor Mike Davis said. “Our children had to go to school online. Many people had to work remotely. Churches had to modify the way they delivered their message. One vital piece of life that has been slow to recover is the church. Summer is over. Students have gone back to school, workers have returned from vacations, so now it is time for people to head Back to Church.”
The service will feature special music by the Ida Baptist Worship Team and a message from the pastor entitled “Overcoming the Barriers to Prayer.” Plan now to head Back to Church on Sunday, Sept. 20 at Ida Baptist Church. The church is located at 7056 FM 697, Sherman, TX 75090.
