Last Tuesday, Whitesboro, Gordonville, Sherwood Shores, Sadler and Collinsville fire departments responded to a call regarding an explosion at a residential property on Howard Road in Gordonville. According to Whitesboro Fire Chief Jeff Patterson, flames were coming from a shop building that housed vehicles.
Inside, two trucks – one on a lift over the other – were destroyed in the fire, but there were no injuries to anyone. The building suffered major damage and the Grayson County Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
