The S&S CISD high school cheerleaders and managers returned home with an impressive collection of awards after attending UCA Cheer Camp at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine from July 9–12. The team, led by Coach Tiffany Ringger, represented S&S CISD with pride, dedication and outstanding school spirit throughout the week.
Throughout the four-day camp, the S&S Rams cheer squad worked hard to improve their skills, learn new material and strengthen their teamwork. Their dedication, leadership and commitment were recognized with several top honors throughout the week.
The Rams earned 1st Place in Cheer, 2nd Place in Situational Performance and 2nd Place in Dance. In addition to their competition awards, the squad received the prestigious Leadership Plaque, recognizing their positive attitude, teamwork, sportsmanship and leadership throughout the week.
S&S CISD’s mascot, Rowdy, also represented the Rams with excellence, earning the title of Camp Champ and being named an All American Mascot. Rowdy’s enthusiasm and school spirit helped showcase the pride and tradition of S&S CISD.
Several S&S cheerleaders were also selected as UCA All Americans, an honor recognizing individuals who demonstrate outstanding cheerleading ability, leadership and dedication. This year’s All American recipients were Gracie Fuller, Dandree Meeks, Briston Graham and Lola Morrow.
The week at UCA Camp provided the cheerleaders and managers with valuable opportunities to grow as a team, build confidence and prepare for the upcoming season. Their hard work and accomplishments reflect the spirit, dedication and excellence of the S&S Rams cheer program.
As the team looks ahead to the upcoming season, the S&S CISD cheerleaders are ready to bring their energy, leadership and school spirit to the sidelines this fall.
