At 3:10 p.m., Coby Ray Hampton, 22, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 871 Hwy. 377 North on charges of driving while license invalid.

At 11:19 p.m., Caleb Lammar Brown-Fetzer, 22, of Lubbock, Texas, was arrested at 2500 Hwy. 82 in Whitesboro on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license invalid.
