Dear Mr. Lewter - I feel like I could call you Austin (a strong Texas name!),
Your article on the predicament of Tioga ISD was the best article I’ve ever read in the [Herald Democrat] and Bravo for you putting it all out there.
It’s a S O S - Save our School and I admire your honesty and openness in the current world we are in which is a fog of shame lies and chaos.
You exemplify the dedication of the entire community invested in the success of your children.
If I was the superintendent I would call all hands on deck to put this dedication into photographs on posters by the students teachers and parents on how the school has benefited all of them and put them on display at the “behind closed doors meeting” if possible to show the T E A what they are really deciding on and how the entire community will be devastated by such action.
I don’t know anyone from Tioga at all, but am inspired by your article to pray for the successful outcome for the Tioga ISD and their families.
