The Collinsville Lady Pirate basketball team topped Wolfe City, 75-24, in a Class 2A Division I Region II bi-district round Monday night at Howe.
Ashleigh Ortowski and Kendall Brandewie each scored 22 points.
Zoey Kays had 10 points.
Jaydee Matlock had eight points.
Paige Davidson had six points.
Collinsville moved to 31-3 on the year and will face Cooper in the area round at 6 p.m. on Friday at Bonham.
Lyric Sandlin scored eight points for Wolfe City (12-16), which trailed 33-2 in the middle of the second quarter.
Lady Cats edged by Madison
The Whitesboro Lady Bearcat basketball team ended their season Monday with a heartbreaking 39-38 loss to Dallas Madison in a 3A Division I Region II bi-district contest at Denton High School.
Whitesboro finishes with a 14-19 record.
Dallas Madison will face Emory Rains in the area round.
Lady Cats drop to Reedy
The Whitesboro Lady Bearcat softball team dropped their home opener with a 7-4 loss to Frisco Reedy Monday night.
Cameron Ortiz homered and drove in two runs.
Avery Howerton went 2-for-4 with two doubles.

The Lady Bearcat softball team closed the Community Tournament Saturday with a 13-0 win over Princeton in three innings.
Kaydence Thomas went 2-for-2, walked once, drove in two runs, scored twice and combined with Avery Howerton on a no-hitter.
Howerton also walked three times, drove in two and scored once.
Breighlin Rupert walked three times and scored three runs.
Fallon Perkins walked three times and scored twice.
The win took Whitesboro to 3-1 on the year.

Hayden Kight went 2-for-3 with two RBIs and scored once.

The Bearcats fell to 7-22 on the year and ended their season Tuesday against Callisburg.

The Collinsville Pirate basketball team held onto a second-place district ranking after a 74-60 road win over Era last week.
Chad Davidson led the attack with 20 points.
Carter Larance and Ryder Robinson each had 17 points.

The loss took Collinsville to 18-10 on the year and 10-3 in district play.
They hosted Muenster Tuesday to end the regular season.
