Feb. 9
At 3:56 p.m., Shelby Eugene Derrick, 55, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 100 Water Street on charges of driving while intoxicated (3rd or more).
Feb. 13
At 6:39 p.m., Charles Wayne Scott Jr., 39, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 118 Boston Street on a warrant from another agency and charges of prohibited burning.
