Tioga FCCLA is hosting a Women in STEM Career Night to spark interest in careers that involve Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. The group is looking for women in any STEM-related career field to come and share their story with local girls. Careers could include anything in the Science, Technology, Engineering or Math fields.
The event will be come and go, and speakers are welcome to share whatever they’d like, from education needed for the career to daily tasks. Tioga FCCLA hopes to help girls dream big about careers they can someday achieve.
The Women in STEM Career Night will be held Monday, Jan. 26 from 6-7:30 p.m. at Tioga High School. A light dinner will be provided to speakers at 5:15 p.m. before the event begins.
