At 1:48 p.m., Nathan James Terflinger, 39, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 3165 Old Sherman Road on charges of Class C theft.
Nov. 13
At 11:42 p.m., Peter Rocha-Ramirez, 35, of Celina, Texas, was arrested at 200 Hwy. 377 on charges of driving while intoxicated with an open alcohol container.
