At 9:11 a.m., Reggie James Bowman, 42, of Whitesboro, Texas, was arrested at 116 Center Street on a warrant from another agency.
Oct. 26
At 8:46 a.m., Billy James Freeman, 43, of Whitesboro, was arrested at 502 E. South Street on charges of two violations of bond/protective order.
