July 21
At 4:37 p.m., Holly Denice Bailey, 35, of Callisburg, Texas, was arrested at 871 Hwy 377 N in Whitesboro on a warrant from another agency.
July 22
At 11:54 a.m., Jared Adam Hutchins, 33, of Collinsville, Texas, was arrested at 31434 Hwy. 82 in Whitesboro on a warrant from another agency.
July 24
At 7:13 a.m., Leon Walter Spradling, 41, of Aubrey, Texas, was arrested at 1504 Sherman Dr. in Whitesboro on charges of failure to stop at a designated point and failure to identify himself.
July 25
At 6:35 p.m., Ricardo Rios Fonseca, 40, of Irving, Texas, was arrested at 1001 Hwy 82 in Whitesboro on charges of driving while intoxicated with an alcoholic container.
