The Wound Care Clinic at North Texas Medical Center (NTMC) in Gainesville will host another free foot screening event on Aug. 18 from 9 a.m. to noon for people with foot-related concerns or those having difficulty caring for their feet.
The screenings will be conducted at the clinic located inside the hospital at 1900 Hospital Blvd. The Wound Care Clinic team will examine the skin on the feet, suggest proper footwear and make recommendations to help patients put their best foot forward.
The screenings are open to both current and new NTMC patients. Walk-in appointments will not be accepted, so patients are asked to schedule an appointment by calling (940) 612-8490. Please leave a voicemail and a member of the Wound Care staff will call back to schedule. Appointments are filled on a first come, first served basis.
