Marilyn Stokes (left) was named Keep Collinsville Beautiful’s (KCB) Volunteer of the Year at last week’s annual meeting and ice cream social. She was presented the award by KCB president Betty Graham (right) who thanked her for her efforts with the group’s publicity and public relations efforts. Stokes is the editor for the KCB membership directory and works closely with area media outlets about KCB events throughout the year.
