With the 51st Annual Collinsville Pioneer Day just over two months away, event organizers are accepting vendor applications and seeking sponsorships.
“We are expecting our largest crowd ever,” said Pioneer Day chairman Austin Lewter. “This is an amazing opportunity for vendors to build their business and local footprint.”
Always the third Saturday in September, this year’s Pioneer Day kicks off at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.
The event will include an expanded Kidz Zone, the Toad Suck Car Show, vendors, games, a parade and live entertainment from Texas music legend Gary P. Nunn.
“Vendor spaces are 10’x10’ and the vendor fee is only $50,” Lewter said. “There is a $10 charge for power hook-ups and food vendor booths are $90 with electricity included.”

Sponsorship forms are also available on the Chamber’s website.
“We have sponsorship packages starting at $100,” Lewter said. “And you don’t need to be a Chamber member to sponsor.”
Bronze sponsorships are $100 and include advertising on social media posts about the event, being listed on all newspaper advertising about the event and your business name and logo on a banner at the event.
The silver sponsorship is $300 and includes all this as well as your business being announced multiple times by the emcee at the event.
Gold sponsorships are $500 and offering the same perks as the bronze and silver packages as well as including your business name on all event t-shirts and a listing on the Chamber website.
“We also have a few title sponsorships still available at the $2,500 level,” Lewter said. “Opportunities here include sponsorship of the Kidz Zone, Bake-off and parade.”
